Plantain lanceolate

Plantain is increasingly rare in Poland due to the use of herbicides. However, if it occurs in nature, it grows in meadows, pastures or clearings. Its shoot can reach up to 40cm height. The leaves are long and narrow, and the flowers are small and white.

Plantain lanceolate facilitates wound healing. It contains ingredients that accelerate the regeneration of the epidermis and have an antibacterial effect on the wound. Plantain extract is also used to treat burns.

Infusion of plantain lanceolate also helps with respiratory infections. It facilitates the expectoration of secretions in the respiratory tract and has a relaxant effect on the bronchi.
